Chapter 47 Renewed Hope

• Ryan could see the distaste and dislike in Margie’s eyes, as their visitor advanced further into the room, coming over to where Ryan was sitting to drop a kiss on his head. In truth, he could barely conceal his distaste either, as Angela sat down beside him and proceeded to stare rudely at Margie, who had finished eating now and was hurrying to clear off the plates that she and Ryan had used, and no doubt beat a hasty retreat. It was very clear that she did not like Angela very much, and as a matter of fact, neither did Ryan.
• “I don’t think you need to follow me to the hospital, Angela. Margie and I are going to bring the kids home. You’re welcome to wait here if you wish to meet them, though.” Ryan told her.
• Although she had come to the hospital about three times since the day they heard the news, she had never seen the twins.
