Chapter 213 Wedding Vows (One)
- It was finally D-day, that is, the day of Tracy’s wedding to Ryan. To say that she was a nervous wreck was an understatement. Right from when she had woken up this morning to prepare for the ceremony, she had not been herself. If anyone noticed, they didn’t say anything. Many of her friends from across the country had come to grace the occasion, as did some of Ryan’s friends, of which he did not have many. He dedicated his life to his daughters, work, and charities.
- One of his charities, which was one for orphans, had sent five of the children to represent them at the wedding. Ryan had been so glad to see the children and so touched by the gesture that Tracy found herself questioning what she was doing again. He was a nice man, and he did not deserve a lying, scheming bride, but it was too late, and she had come this far, so she might as well go through with it.
- “You look so beautiful, babes. You’re so lucky to be getting married to whom you’re getting married. What wouldn’t I give to be in your shoes? He’s so handsome, not to talk of wealthy.” One of her friends from home remarked, sighing longingly.
