Chapter 196 Conclusions (Two)

• “I’m sorry, honey. I would have come to see you earlier, but I was feeling really ill.” Tracy lied. As a matter of fact, she had not suffered any serious effects from the fall, except for a headache which she suspected was a result of too much crying. She had all but landed on Emma, after all.
• “That’s okay. I know it was mom who did not want you to see me. I’m really sorry for being rude to you, Tracy. I just wanted mom and dad to get back together, but they don’t love each other, and anyway, it’s not up to me. I’m just a kid.”
• “Oh, Emma. I’m sorry I said all those things to you. Don’t worry. It will be okay. Your mom already has a boyfriend whom she loves very much, you see, and your dad has me, so everything will indeed be fine.” Tracy said. Emma shrugged noncommittally.
