Chapter 79 Jeremy's Pov
- I knew there was something different about him. He was crazy, it was evident in his eyes. At first, he looked like a kicked puppy who didn't even have any idea what he was doing. He reminded me of when I was first brought into this organization, I was so scared that I didn't know anybody but instead of getting a huge responsibility, I was tagged errand boy whom Mr. Monday used and then disposed of whenever he didn't need me. Even though I didn't like this new guy, I still admire his courage and bravery. I know a dangerous man when I see one and I can tell that he would be more ruthless than his brother. But what I didn't like was the proud smile on Mr. Monday's face, as if he just created the biggest monster in the history of werewolves. He has never looked at me like that before. What I see is disappointment in his eyes all the times he's looked at me. I tried so hard to please Mr. Monday. He was an insatiable man who was never satisfied and was extremely drunk on power. He wanted to become greater than the Alpha of Blood Moon Pack and all the Alpha's that are in each werewolf community, including this bastard, Elliot who was more than happy to follow Mr. Monday around like some imbecile that he is. But I didn't want to do that, I aimed higher and I am sure this new guy wanted the same thing. The way he looked at the high chair Mr. Monday sat on, showed how greedy he was and I knew that both of us had something in common but I knew that even if we tried to work together, it wouldn't benefit any of us because in the end, we will try to eliminate each other and that will be extremely bad. I just want to handle the situation by myself but I am sure that I learned something from him. He didn't let the back and side talks get to him, instead, they thought that he was weak but he showed them that he was far from that by striking when they least expected it and that is what we call a real leader, not his brother who likes to be on a killing spree.
- He didn't even care to look at the faces of the children that he slaughtered, all he cared about was the money and nothing else. Sometimes I wondered what kind of person would even want to love that monster and even if he has children, how would he treat them? I wouldn't be too surprised if he sold one of them, he didn't look like someone who felt any emotion at all. The only way that you know that he was related to Crane was their faces. They looked alike, almost like twins but in personalities they were both different.
- Elliot was ruthless and vicious. He looked like someone who could even kill his family just to get what he wanted. He looks like the type of guy that you didn't want to mess with while his brother looks like the one that has affection and sympathy towards someone. I saw he hesitated to kill that boy and how he stiffened when he did but I knew that he would be a bigger monster than his brother and that is something that Elliot wouldn't like since everyone viewed him here as some kind of untouchable person and he found great joy in it. His ego knows no bounds and I am sure that I was going to love every bit of this drama. I wish both of them could just kill off each other, then that will be better for me. I will be Mr. Monday's right-hand man. I will be the one that he wants to advise, not Elliot. That means that I have to make my wardrobe look even more expensive and try to fit into the extravagant way some of these men were looking. I know that I can never be up to their standard in terms of money because most of them here are already rich but are still greedy for more but I don't have to be too showy to avoid questions.
