Chapter 15 Simon's Pov
- It's still a shock to me that my brother Alpha Jackson Kane would ever bring back a mate, let alone the Luna of Blood Moon Pack. Even though he has been desperate to find his mate, he has rejected all options that we found for him from the elite class. Ladies threw themselves at his feet, everyone wanted to be the Luna of Blood Moon Pack but Jackson has been patient throughout the years despite getting criticism from different wolves. One thing I liked about Jackson was that he didn't let the talks get to him instead he held his head high not giving a crap about what anyone had to say till the Moon goddess decided to give him Amelia.
- Amelia King Kane was a mystery to me. She was extremely breathtaking, her long black hair, her warm brown eyes, her heart-shaped pinks lips, she was a sight to behold. Even though Drake told me that she was a servant in Crescent Pack, she didn't look like one. The way she carried herself with pride, she didn't stumble on her feet like most servants did or act gullible. She walked with confidence despite not being able to transform, she didn't let that get to her. It took some work on my part before I could get her to talk to me, she wasn't much of a talker but a listener. The way she pays attention to every little thing. Every other wolf in this pack may deem her unfit to be the Luna but she is the right candidate for it. But these days I noticed she looked sad and lonely, locking herself in her room, Athena being the only one allowed into her room. I tried to talk to her about it but she got all defensive. I think it has something to do with that imbecile that rejected her. Who the hell would reject someone like Amelia? I just don't understand. She's pretty, well-mannered, has emotions that you can't find in all these stuck-up wolves from the Elite class. I was determined to make Amelia open up to me, trust and confide in me even though my brother doesn't look too happy with us getting close but I can't help myself, there is something about Amelia that intrigues me and I would find out what that was.
- "Where is Athena? Wasn't she supposed to be here?" Looking around for the blonde girl who always glued herself near Amelia.
