Chapter 41 Crane's Pov

• Something is going on, something really big. I don't know yet what it was but with the way, Eliot was barely home and whenever he was at home, he stayed locked up in his study, he didn't even give Lydia the time of day which made her cranky because she wasn't getting some makes me wonder what Eliot was up to. He seemed restless these days like something was really bothering him. Apart from being locked up in his study all day, he was getting too cranky as if he just lost a business deal. I don't know what the problem was but I kept my distance from him. I am sure he hasn't forgotten how I disrespected him at his party a few days ago, he has yet to talk about that but I have seen that so-called Mr. Monday so many times already in this house, doesn't he have anything better to do than to visit Elliot every day?
• Whenever he passes, he gives me this look that I couldn't decipher. That man is so weird. There was something off about him, he screamed creepy with the way he always smirked but only and didn't smile, one of his crooked teeth showing which even added to his creepiness. Whenever they talk about something, they don't stay in Elliot's study, rather I always see them going towards the stables of the horses where they will be far away from anyone eavesdropping and prying on their conversation. I wanted to know what Elliot was up to because whatever it was wasn't good. Elliot is greedy for power and he will do anything to get it. If he could take a box full of gold bars from that bastard Alpha Jackson Kane in exchange for that bitch Karla, if I knew that she was going to leave Indigo Pack anytime soon, I would have killed that trash for not sharing any useful information with me about Amelia. Now they are both reunited and I can't have any information about her. If I can't have Amelia, then Alpha Jackson can't also have her. I would rather die than see her in another man's hands. I knew that Elliot would never share the gold with me that was how greedy he was and if I wasn't getting a piece of that gold, then I was going to take it by force. Elliot couldn't control me anymore and if he was up to a big business that could bring a lot of money, I wanted in on it. I needed power and anything that could bring Amelia back to me. She was mine and I was not intending to share. I may have rejected her but that does not mean that anyone else could have her. We are bound together for an eternity. The Moon goddess knew why she chose Amelia as my mate but I had to shatter it and now I am picking up the pieces little by little. I know that Lydia had no idea what her husband was up to, she is as dumb as they come. The only thing on her mind is money and sex, that is the only thing she is good for. I have never seen such a useless Luna in my life. If I was the man married to Lydia, I am sure I would have smothered her with a pillow already. She was so annoying to look at. Lydia's pretty face did not match her nasty attitude. I don't even know what Eliot saw in that bitch. I know that the only reason he married her was because of the power he would get from merging the two Packs together but other than that, Lydia was just a pretty face with a dumb brain. She doesn't even notice when something is up with her husband.
• Elliot could be stashing corpse upon a corpse and she wouldn't be aware. The only thing she is good at is spreading her legs wide that is why she is so jealous of Amelia because she can never be like her. The Moon goddess may have gifted her with a pretty face but she didn't gift her with an intelligent mind because she is so stupid. I hated Lydia so much, whenever I saw her I just felt like putting a bullet straight to her head.
