Chapter 67 The Face Of Evil

• Upon seeing that it was almost time to leave, Monique shut down her computer. Afterward, she tidied up the scattered papers on her desk. She also retrieved her hairbrush from her bag and ran it through her long hair. Once she finished, she rose from her swivel chair. She picked up her shoulder bag and grabbed her cellphone, which was placed on top of the desk. Before leaving the office, she made sure that all the plugs inside were turned off. Once she confirmed everything was powered down, she turned off the lights and exited the room.
• Monique noticed that Marisa was also preparing to leave. "Is everything okay, Marisa?" she asked.
• "Yes, Ma'am," Marisa replied.
