• Jacob paused when he felt the gentle breathing of his wife, who was leaning against his body. Upon checking, he found her peacefully asleep. It seemed she had dozed off during the massage. He decided to carefully lay her down on the bed, making sure not to wake her.
• Rather than leaving her side, he remained seated beside the bed, gazing at her. He brushed aside a few strands of her hair that were covering her face and looked at her intently.
• Jacob couldn't help but break into a smile as he watched his wife. At that moment, he felt overwhelmed with happiness, thinking that she might be carrying their child. She was right; they hadn't been using protection whenever they were intimate. He had no intention of using it because he wanted her to conceive, to bind her even closer to him. Moreover, he wanted to have his own child. He wanted to start a family, and he wanted Monique to be the mother of his child. There was no one else for him.
