• Monique couldn't help but smile as she stepped out of the house and saw her husband playing with Lucky in the garden. They were chasing each other, and it seemed like their decision to buy a spacious house had paid off since their beloved dog had plenty of room to run around.
• Monique stood still, watching the two of them. Joshua and Lucky had grown incredibly close. On Lucky's first day in Joshua's care, the dog had been wary and had barked continuously. But as time passed, they became inseparable. Lucky now greeted Joshua enthusiastically every time he came home from work, and the dog had even warmed up to him.
• Monique chuckled to herself and shook her head. Soon, she'd be feeling jealous of a dog. Lucky seemed to prefer Joshua's company over hers, probably because Joshua was the one who fed him every morning.
