• There have been a handful of rogue attacks in the years since Tommy Gaffney lost his life. It still pains me to have lost him that way. I’m no stranger to loss, but each one hits differently, and I will carry a part of every soul with me until my dying breath.
• I would be remiss if I dwelt only on my losses though, because I have gained so much more. I have Frannie and beyond the mate-bond, she is truly the love of my life. We’ve healed each other over the years and together pulled our pack from the misery that preceded our leadership.
• One of our greatest accomplishments together is our son Frankie. Though he can be a little wild and headstrong at times, he has grown into a fine young man who will continue to lead our pack to flourish. He only needs to find the woman who will stand beside him to lead our people.
