Chapter 24 Kieran

• My stomach rumbled and reminded me just how hungry I truly was. The last meal that I ate was breakfast and dinner had been served hours ago. So, I grabbed what I would need for a shower and then made my way to the bathroom so I could go find something to eat.
• On my way down the second set of steps, the most delightful aroma tickled my nostrils, and I quickly followed the scent. When I got to the kitchen, Frannie's best friend, Hope, was making grilled cheese sandwiches.
• “I knew I would recognize that scent anywhere. Would there be a possibility of me getting one or two of those?” I asked cheerfully.
