Chapter 33 Frannie
- Kieran really wasn’t like any Alpha I had ever met. He was kind and he cared about those around him, he cared about me. No one other than Hope had ever taken my feelings into consideration, before Kieran that is. He helped me hold myself together to preserve my dignity and then let me fall apart in private without judgment.
- He had been more than apologetic when the women who had been selected as my guards called me by a title I wasn’t comfortable with. I mattered, something I certainly wasn’t accustomed to.
- After breakfast, we got on the road to head to Little Rock to go to the Shaggy concert I had won tickets for. Though when we arrive at the concert, I won’t be the one using the tickets for the nosebleed section, which I won. He had purchased not only front row tickets, but backstage passes for Hope and I to enjoy what will be our last evening together for goddess knows how long. He bought them on an inkling and didn’t have any intention to enjoy the good fortune, instead he was giving me the opportunity to bond with the women selected to protect my life with theirs. My winnings weren’t going to go to waste though, he and Alpha Isha would be viewing the concert from the upper bowl.
