Chapter 13 Kieran

That little Frannie was a feisty one and certainly wasn’t hard on the eyes. I was tempted to yank on that high ponytail as I passed, just to see what that chestnut brown hair would look like down and slightly messy. Instead, I lewdly propositioned her for staring a little longer than she should have. I mean we’re werewolves and nudity is normal.
She reminded me of my buddy Tommy’s mate Stella with her smart mouth. I didn’t have a thing for Stella, she just happened to be the only female that didn’t try throwing herself at me before she found out she was Tommy’s mate. It was nice to have a female friend and even better knowing that she was a strong warrior who would train the other female warriors to be just as strong. Hopefully she and Tommy were able to pick two other strong females to be my Luna’s personal guards.
Maybe it was a little premature to be hung up on my Luna’s security details, but I can’t help thinking that if mom had better protection, she might still be here with us. I guess my thoughts drifted to my mom a little more these last few days because of everything that has happened.
