• Adeline's POV
• I felt terrible for lying to Ethan, but I needed to get the work done. A day had passed since he and I slept together in my living room. It was a safe time for me to make my move, I feared that if I waited any longer, Lucy was going to come after me. On my way to meet Mr Alex Ford, I couldn't help but congratulate myself on how easy it was to get back at Lucy for what she did to me. The night after she had me trapped, I went incognito, and had my bike ready to move fast like usual, my helmet acting as a shield on its own.
• I spotted her at one of her photo shoots for the next Wadhurt fashion line. When she posed, it was like I could almost understand why Ethan entertained her with her tiny body. Though graceful with her poses, it was the aftermath that was shocking. I found it suspicious that the lead camera person was anxious to get everyone off the set. When the set cleared, Lucy and the nagging man started to undress so quickly. I had been watching from a balcony of an abandoned building across the street. I wasn't shocked that she was the type to screw another man after a misunderstanding with someone else.
