• What my father had been preparing for was a press conference in Linsdon. The afternoon had come too quickly and all this because a man wanted to basically take credit for my idea so that he could look like a good guy, win over the hearts of the town, and get his way eventually. My mother would have preferred something less political, but I suppose it couldn't be helped. It was all in the best interest of the community in any case. Naturally, I wouldn't have really cared what was going to happen at this point, but I started a journey that I couldn't back out of that that, I couldn't pretend to have a blind eye to what I had seen.
