• When Logan said that once Xander’s reputation was at stake, he was sure to be dissatisfied with Selene which would cause them to grow apart and ultimately break up, I didn’t know that it would work. I had hoped it would but I naturally had my doubts.
• For the past week, Logan had been doing things he didn’t tell me and even the atmosphere around his pack was tense. I didn’t know what was happening and no matter how often I asked, Logan only told me not to bother him so I let the matter be. It wasn’t my pack, after all.
