• Lily was no longer in Silver Moon but I heard she was now in Blood Moon. It confirmed my suspicion that she was in cahoots with Logan. The enforcers at the borders had confirmed they saw her around the border, close enough to our pack but not quite in it. She must be hoping to glimpse Xander who was currently inspecting some borders. It was as if she heard and thought she could run into him and perhaps plead her case. I couldn’t say what was going on in her mind and couldn’t concern myself too much with it as my attention was now on halting her next plans.
• Since Alpha Liam addressed the rumours, there had been a fast decline in how people talked trash about Xander. To improve his image, he was doing a lot more public work and it was putting a strain on him but he went on with it with a rock-hard face and pretended he wasn’t exhausted.
• The damages done by the rumours were inevitable. It was not as severe as Lily would wish but for the first time, some people doubted Xander’s ability to lead Silver Moon in her next phase.
