• David glances down at the paper and reaches for it. His eyes on Elise as he nods, seeing her nod in return. "You did well, Elise. Thank you."
• "I did love Sophia, you know. I do." She pauses. "Fact is I still need time to process everything, but I never lied about my feelings toward her."
• "I know." David nodded once again and stood, allowing Elise to walk out as they met up with Graham. "Graham here will take you back to your dorm. Make sure you get there safely."
