Chapter 301

• Regina takes a breath and reaches for her phone that she had neglected near a bench. Opening her contacts, she is surprised to find a new text message alert with Elise's name on it, followed by a missed call. Her heart starts beating fast as she taps on the message which only contains two words: Call me.
• Should she? If she didn't, Regina knew Elise would worry and possibly call Leopold.
• Regina glanced over her shoulder, in hopes of seeing Sophia but the blonde was nowhere in sight. And with that, Regina made a decision on the spot all on her own. She opened up her contacts and tapped on Elise's name, hearing the line ring only once before her daughter's voice came through.
