Chapter 65
- Nate’s POV
- “I honestly don’t want a thing, and no, it isn’t because of what happened last year on my birthday, it’s just that i honestly don’t think I want something for now, I don’t know if you understand what I’m trying to say, or if I’m even wording it right.” I continued and ended the whole sentence with a small sigh and I dragged my hand ovrt my face in the next second, using my fingers to massage my eyes and the spots on my forehead.
- “Nate…” She started to speak and ended up on a small sigh, and after a few moments she decided to continue. “Do you want a house that’s really cost? I don’t know if you’ve gotten a big house or your own yet, but even if you have, it doesn’t matter, you can own more than two big houses.” She paused after that and the side of her phone fell silent like she had muted me from hearing what was going on in the background at the moment, and after some time, she finally continued, and I figured out that she had unmuted me.
