• Nate’s POV
• I knocked on the door twice, as my lips went into a thin line instantly. A few seconds later and his voice was echoing out, as he asked who it was that was on the other side of the door.
• I didn’t bother to say a thing and just placed my hand on the door knob, pulling it downwards and making my way into his office slowly. My eyes locked with his almost instantly and I manually puffed out a small relieved breath as soon I had confirmed that he was alone in here and not in here with my cousin, the way it mostly is.
