• Nate’s POV
• “You’re going to go over to where they live, and the first thing you’re going to do is to apologize to my friend, because I’m sure he felt insulted after you walked out on him without even saying a thing.” My dad explained while staring intently at me and my lips thinned into a small line almost immediately.
• “Why do I have to apologize? I didn’t do a damn thing to him.” I said to him after a few moments and I watched as he breathed out a small sigh before starting to rearrange the files scattered around on his desk.
