• I blinked up at Jack after a couple of seconds, taking my bottom lip between my teeth as I took another hesitant step back, and it was at that moment, that the gaze which had suddenly come over Jack's face fell off, because he blinked down at me aoaksobtooo a step away from me. I glanced away from him, knowing that my cheeks were growing redder as the seconds passed by, why it was this embarrassing to me that we had also shared a kiss, had I not taken a step away from me, was still unclear to me.
