• I didn’t like the fact that it was an unknown number but I ended up pressing the phone against my ear either way, but choosing to remain silent, waiting for the person who had placed the call to be the one to break the silence.
• The tell tale signs of the person breathing lightly in the background made me roll my eyes in irritation and I was almost ending the call before a part of my mind asked me to wait for a little more while, since it wasn’t like I had something else to do or something.
