• I breathed out after a little while and nodded my head a once again, as I prepared to speak. My mouth was feeling really dry, and my tongue wasn’t feeling anything but wet and fat, but I ignored all those things and bit on the inside of my mouth for a few more seconds .
• “So uhm, I never meant to actually break it to you that way, it was uh, I was left with no choice…” I trailed off with an embarrassed color flooding my cheeks at how I was stuttering without any sort of control, and how Jack was just staring at me throughout all of it without saying a thing.
