• “Oh.” I whispered hoarsely, feeling a weird feeling start to tug at my chest which was still feeling very much numb at the moment, as his words slowly sank into my head.
• “Yeah, that was what I meant. I don’t want to complicate things further, you know?” He asked almost immediately and I gave a nod of my head, as I turned my head around to glance up at him. His eyes were wide, and there was some kind of emotion in there which I couldn’t recognize, and I swallowed emptily and nodded my head once again.
