• Jack held me tightly against himself as I sobbed, his hands stroking over my back and hair as he murmured soothing words to me. It was like as soon as the dam had decided to open, it wasn’t ready to be closed up anymore, making all the emotions which I had bottled up inside me since I couldn’t even remember at this very moment, all bubbled out of me through sobs, making me shed more and more tears against his shoulder, soaking up his shirt material with my tears as I cried.
• “I’m so sorry you had to go through all of this, so sorry everything is so complicated for you, so sorry it’s feeling like this for you, so sorry for everything…” and the more he apologized, the more I cried harder and harder, squeezing his against me as I cried my soul out. I couldn’t even find it in me to start to feeling embarrassed, all what was in my mind was a lot more than feeling embarrassed.
