Jack’s POV
To say my father was livid after I told him everything was an understatement, he was boiling in anger. Despite how he still believes in arranged marriage, because his own to my mum turned out to be a successful and beautiful one, he didn’t believe in extremely forcing and blackmailing the person into doing it, and his heart ached for Nate as soon as I was done explaining everything to him.
When Nate’s father had been hurling those vile words at him, it had taken everything in me not to punch him straight in the face, and more willpower to follow Nate out of the house and not give his father a piece of my mind. It had been so frustrating to do all of that, but I had to because I know Nate didn’t want any unnecessary violence.
