Chapter 57
- Nate’s POV
- “Nathaniel.” My dad said once again and I finally released my hold on Eric’s shirt and instantly walked off towsrgs the other side of the very wide office. I started to tug on my hair with my hands in the next second, as I puffed out deep breaths and also tried to get a hold on my anger at the same time. Why the fuck had I lost it back there? I most definitely didn’t mean to, it had just happened without me having any warning that it was going to happen… one moment. I was having only a little bit of control on my anger and also trying to control it as well, and in the next moment, I was punching Eric in his shoulder, something I haven’t done in a long time.
- Eric and I and fought a lot because we saw a lot of each other while growing up, and one thing I figured out about him along the way, was the fact that he was always doing things that he knew was going to rile me up, and me being the kid with anger issues, was always losing a grip on my anger and attacking him with my fist, I was always the first to throw a punch. Eric still used to try to fight back at first, but after a little while, he just never bothered to fight back – probably because he knew my dad was always going to be behind him, protecting him at all cost, which was probably enough reason as to why I should really try to get a couple grip on my anger and all the issues that comes with it.
