• As the meeting ended and almost everyone left, the new partners shook hands with smiles, pleased with such an excellent decision that obviously would generate profits for both parties in the future. They agreed to go for lunch later to celebrate. David discreetly separated from the group and persistently took the opportunity to approach Alessandra. She took the opportunity to hand him his coat, certainly not wanting anything from him, with a soft thank you and a gentle smile, she thanked him for his chivalrous gesture and without waiting for anything else, she left. Dominic felt dazzled seeing them together, apologized to his partners, and left after her minutes later.
