• "Bella mamma (Precious Mother)," Vittorio greeted upon arrival. "Let me introduce you to Alessandra D'Santi, my personal assistant, but more than my assistant, my friend. Alessandra, I present to you my wonderful mother, Fiorella Lombardo.”
• "Oh, ma che bella Balbina (Oh, but what a lovely lady)," greeted Mrs. Lombardo with a smile. "Nice to meet you, precious. Vittorio has spoken a lot about you."
• "Thank you, ma'am, you are also very beautiful. It is a pleasure for me to meet you," Alessandra expressed in perfect Italian, responding to her greeting with a kiss on the cheek.
