• The following days for Roshene did not improve at all, they were very difficult and lonely days. Fortunately, her husband would leave for work very early and only return by dinnertime. The only chance she had to be happy, and even at times forget the miserable life she led, was when she communicated via video calls with Sasha, who was still out of town.
• Marina, for the most part, spent the day at university or occasionally out with her friends, so she could freely spend a lot of time with George, who was more like a son to her, a real son even though not by blood. It still baffled her how that unnatural woman her husband had chosen could prefer her mundane, empty life and leave behind that precious being who stole anyone's heart.
