• They played billiards in pairs, of course Ethan teamed up with Sasha and Maximilien with Roshene, the latter two won, they were a great team not only in the game, but in every sense. The games were fun and very entertaining, they spent the time joking and laughing all the time, the four of them enjoyed sharing that time together and amidst all the commotion, Ethan noticed something different in his friend. He couldn't quite decipher what it was exactly, but he could perceive him as more relaxed, more smiling, and above all, closer to his young stepmother. Many times, without him noticing, he caught him looking at her, he couldn't be sure if he liked her, as seeing or admiring a beautiful woman was not wrong at all and definitely, Roshene was beautiful. Perhaps they were just good friends and he was creating false stories in his head, so he set aside the absurd thought and focused his attention on the beautiful blonde with caramel eyes.
• "Does anyone want anything else to drink?" Ethan asked, heading to the bar, once they finished playing.
