• The persistent rain and cold wind that had not stopped since the afternoon had Alessandra feeling down. She was in one of the corridors of the hacienda, well covered with warm pajama pants, as well as a thick coat, and still, she felt cold, cold inside. She hugged her belly affectionately, while contemplating the dark night, the storm that raged, as tiny drops wet her face and refreshed her soul. She thought about what she would do from there, how her life would be, and undoubtedly, how much everything would change, however, that didn't matter to her, not having her baby with her.
• She had only been back at the hacienda for a few days and already missed her life in London. It was ridiculous, she felt strange in her own home, the place where she was born and raised. She had gotten used to her job, her apartment, her busy life, and him. She missed him so much, she still remembered how immensely happy she was by his side, the days and nights they were so happy, laughing, joking, and loving each other.
