• Groaning, she rubbed her face and headed out to meet the press. Just as she expected, it was a complete nightmare. The moment she passed the threshold, and stood next to Edgar, she was bombarded with questions regarding the attack, how Cain was doing, and how she planned to handle the immediate threat he made on the soon-to-be King of the Beasts. She side-stepped and half-answered her way for over fifteen minutes, trying her best to avoid anything that could steer attention to Damian. If he was craving attention, she wasn't going to give it to him. It would show that it worked, and he would be more than eager to repeat his actions to get his way. She really didn't want a body with her name carved into it to become his calling card.
