Chapter 86

• Cielo was awakened by the sound of Cain screaming. She lurched to her feet, ready to attack whatever it was that was hurting him. He was clawing at his skin. "What the hell is this?" Cain cried out, ripping out stitches with his claws.
• She moved to stop him but Ruben grabbed her to stop her. "It's too dangerous, Cel."
• "Do something," she begged while she moved to try again to stop him. Ruben yanked her back in time to avoid Cain's claws before he hit her. He was ripping out all of the wires attached to him, and his breathing tube. He was going to hurt himself!
