• "My dear, good thing you are here, your cousins are waiting for you at the dining table," Her Aunt Celine’s voice startled Elenor which almost made her gasp. SHe regained herself immediately to prevent showing that she was actually eavesdropping earlier to her father and uncles who were in the living room.
• "Yes aunty, I'm coming there now," She replied and immediately turned around heading to the dining room.
• As she walked, she was holding her chest where she felt that her heart was pounding extremely fast inside her ribcage. She could only hope that her father and uncles were not able to hear that she was eavesdropping on them, while she wished that her Aunt Celine had no idea what she was doing on the side of the wall.
