Chapter 10

• With the black pen in his hand, Marcus had a naughty grin on his face. When Marcus finished speaking, he whispered, "Yes, let's hear what you just said," before pressing the button on his pen, which enabled their discussion to be heard once again.
• Zachary could not help but shake his head as he observed how wicked his pal was. In his mind, he could clearly hear his own voice and what he had said, as well as the fury in his voice was clear. While taking another sip of wine, he looked at his friend and merely smiled at him, without bothering to take the recorder away from him so that he could delete the audio. He had faith in his friend, and furthermore, he had nothing to fear if it ever leaked out.
• It was no longer a secret anymore that he was angry at the Alpha of all Alphas who was able to kill his father. His father was the previous alpha of all alphas until time came when the battle for the throne was created and he lost and got killed. He could still remember the name of that person, the only woman who became an alpha; Alpha Colleen White. It was no secret that she had made history with her achievements, but no matter how respectful she was, the fact that she was the one who grabbed his chance to be with his father would not change anything. It would not erase the pain of losing his father that he felt his whole life crumble.
