Chapter 40

• "Can you tell me what you are doing here?" As soon as Zachary walked through the door of his house, he asked his closest buddy, Marcus, a careless question. Despite the fact that Marcus was just a few feet away from the inside of his house, he was already aware that Marcus was on his way in.
• 'I am coming to see you," Zachary said, leaning against the doorframe and looking about the home before saying, "But I have observed that you are all by yourself here." Zachary shrugged his shoulders and said, "I have noticed that you are all by yourself here. Can you tell me where your beloved girlfriend is?"
• Taking his gaze away from his closest buddy and collecting a wine glass from the coffee table in front of him, Zachary replied before taking a drink of the liquid contained inside the glass.
