Chapter 29

  • The wind was cold and the night was getting deeper. Eleanor was sitting on the cold pavement at the side of the pool while her feet were dipping into the cold water which had not changed yet, though it was daily cleaned by Eleanor with the use of a net. The surroundings were already dark, and the only source of light was the shine being illuminated by the bright moon which was reflecting the pool’s water. In such a despairing night, it was only the moon who was able to give Eleanor the companion.
  • It had been two days already since Eleanor was left alone in the huge house owned by Zachary. SInce the day that Zachary had gone home with that woman, they had left together after having the breakfast which she had cooked and they never went back home. Eleanor cared less for the woman he was with, all she was worried and longing for was for Zachary to come back home.
  • Eleanor had already read too many novels from different online apps that she had found. If there was anything that she could be thankful of, it would be the fact that Zachary had bought her a phone before and that there was an internet on his house which had helped her to distract herself from all the pain that she was feeling.
