Chapter 37
- I smiled with joy in my heart at such a gesture, grabbing my phone to send him a message thanking him for the gift. I got up, taking the glasses of milk from last night to the kitchen. I didn't know what Allie's plan was, but I was sure that at some point she would come into my house to tell me to shower and dress to her liking. Until that happened, I would take the time to enjoy a good cup of black coffee. However, as soon as I took the first sip, I heard the door open with a loud bang, and a blonde tornado entered my house with a white bag in hand.
- "You used to let me enjoy breakfast," I scolded, lowering my cup. "What are we going to do today?"
- She didn't answer any of my questions, but she did let me finish breakfast without rushing. I discovered a crown with the number 23, a sash that said "best friend," and a set of clothes in the bag, presumably for her.
