• "Did they have any cheese while they were out?" He asked Daphne as they rushed the kids to the hospital. Lucas was driving frantically and Daphne silently prayed that they would get to the hospital in one piece.
• "Are they allergic to cheese too?" Daphne asked him in surprise as she turned to look at the children. They were dehydrated already, and Claire was going unconscious.
• Daphne impulsively shook Claire so she would not fall asleep. Callan was barely awake too.
