Chapter 22

• The glam team arrived towards evening and Scarlett began to get prepared in Lucas'room. He had not exited the study since they had a discussion. He did not come down for lunch either, and when she had done to serve him lunch in the study, he said she was the only thing he wanted to have for lunch.
• "I want to go to a ball too," Claire whined. "I want to be dressed up like a princess," she added.
• "When you are much older, we can go to balls together," Callan said to her. They had been lying before Scarlett and watching her get dressed.
