• “Ben what are you doing?”
• Kenny asked as he stopped dragging her. “What is eating you up?” he’d been pissed since they left B&B with Dante and she was getting pissed too. Was it because she flirted a little with Dante but that shouldn’t have made Ben mad. He knew she loved no one but him and that was why it almost killed her when he broke up with her few months back.
• Kenny had been in love with Ben since she was ten, and sometimes, she believed he felt the same way too. In their town, once others knew you were interested in someone, they would stay clear of the person to give you chance to succeed. Though a lot of other ladies wanted Ben, none of them had dared flirt with him except for Ugo so Kenny didn’t have to fight so hard to get him. During her teenage years, while she followed Ben and Ugo about, though she had made it clear to both of them that she was going to marry Ben, she had lived in fear of him telling her that Ugo was the one he wanted.
