• “You mean the girl you claimed changed your life? The one you thought you married?”
• Felix asked, he couldn’t believe what he was hearing. When his nephew had called him to ask if maybe he missed something when he went to Silver City to search for the girl he claimed he met there, he knew something was up. Without wasting time, he had boarded his private jet and flew to Hayside and from there, he used Uber to arrive in Waterside within hours. Now Iyke was telling him that some girl in this town could be the one.
• To Uncle Felix, Dante will always be Iyke. It wasn’t that he resented calling him Dante, no, he just see him as Iyke and not Dante. Iyke was his sister’s son but Dante was a Henchman and Felix hated everything Henchman. In order not to transfer his hatred to his nephew, he only saw him as Iyke Chambers. As for Amber and Pat, they haven’t been treated as Henchman’s princesses until recently, so he had no problem loving them.
