• Lucy was nestled comfortably on the couch, her newborn baby Dylan resting peacefully in her arms. The soft murmur of voices filled the room as Dianne, Rachel, and Adrian fussed around her, bringing snacks, pillows, and warm blankets. Dianne, ever the doting mother figure, was making sure Lucy had everything she needed.
• “ You should eat more, dear, ” Dianne suggested, handing her a plate of fresh fruit, “ You need to keep your strength up, especially now. ”
• Rachel nodded in agreement, “ And don’t worry about anything else, we’ve got everything covered.”
