Chapter 89
- Jacobs was about to ring the doorbell again when the door opened. It revealed a surprised looking Stephanie. He dropped his hand and stuck it into his pocket.
- "Hi", he muttered. He nervously ran his other hand through his hair and shifted on his feet, taking the weight of his right foot and put it on his left. Stephanie's eyes moved to his now ruffled hair. It was a nervous habit for him. He always ended up destroying his hairstyle anytime he was nervous.
- "Hey" She replied shyly. She tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ears leaving a trail of paint behind. Jacobs took in her face, she looked disheveled and stressed out and she had splotches of paint on her apron but she still looked very beautiful to him. He had missed her and just wanted to take her into his arms and hug her. He knew that the situation at hand must have been very stressful to her. The video was all over the internet and everyone had something to say about it and not all of them were kind. He read some comments on twitter that made him squeeze his phone so hard, he actually cracked his phone screen. She was innocent in all this. She didn't deserve any of the insults.
