• I am beyond frustrated having to leave Ruby in the middle of this conversation. We seemed to be getting somewhere, or that is what I was hoping. I was hoping I could steer the conversation in the direction I wanted it to go, but then the bloody guard interrupted us and would not reply. He would be getting a mouthful off of me when I see him for choosing not to answer my mindlinks.
• Ruby seemed unbothered by me having to leave mid-conversation either, which I think frustrated me even further. I know she said she had plans with Lola and Esme, but still, I thought she would want to continue the chat we were having.
• I headed to the gates, having to walk, seeing that I had gone to Ruby’s house on foot this morning. Usually I would have jumped into my car. I try again to link the guard, Dean, but he still did not respond. I swear when I see him he is in for a mouthful from me! You don’t ask for me to get there and then not respond. Unless something had happened and he couldn’t reply? But surely there would have been more of a pack announcement rather than just a link to me?
