• Well, we had managed to sit and have some breakfast and chat a little. She did not seem willing to give much away. I had not really learned much more than I already knew. Did not know whether she wanted me or not. Jaxx was just as unsettled, if not more so, which is making me real anxious, which is not a sensation I am massively used to, and I have to say, I do not like it, not one little bit.
• I truly thought talking to her would help. But it hadn’t. We had spoken, she had told me bits. Until her phone had rang, that was. She had walked off to answer it. I have sat at the table since, waiting patiently for her to return.
• Though my patience was beginning to wear out now. She had been gone fucking ages. She had gone to stand outside to answer her call, which yeah, I get, as the coffee shop had music playing, but I can't even see her now, she is not anywhere to be seen. I have long since finished my coffee. The food is cold and drying up. I am beginning to wonder if she is even going to return? That thought suddenly pops into my mind.
