Chapter 53

• Elliot woke up disoriented, not understanding what was happening or where he was. He saw the bags from the shopping he had done the night before, and his memories slowly came back.
• With a lot of effort, he managed to remember Talles, and remembered that he had been his companion all night, until the early hours.
• But when she tried harder, she couldn't remember what had happened after that. Everything was a complete black blur, and his attempts to think about what had happened only made his head hurt more.
